•Analyze and manage the company's real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
•Conduct financial analyses, risk assessments, and market research to guide portfolio decision-making.
• Develop and implement investment strategies to enhance the overall value of the portfolio.
•Monitor the performance of existing assets, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments.
•Effectively communicate portfolio performance, strategies, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
•Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
