Job Profile :Telesales Representative


Job Description:

Join Supertrust Homes Pvt. Ltd. as a Telesales Representative and play a vital role in promoting our real estate offerings over the phone. We are looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals who can effectively communicate the value of our properties, generate leads, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.


Responsibilities:


Outbound Calls:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to Supertrust Homes' real estate offerings.

Provide information about available properties, promotions, and answer inquiries.


Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling and effective questioning.


Sales Support:

Assist potential customers in understanding the buying process and guide them through initial inquiries.


Targets and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and leads in the CRM system.


Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
